Spring Arbor of Clover Hill in Maryville, Tennessee is hiring Resident Assistants/CNAs. Full-time and part-time shifts offered, including 6:00 AM–2:00 PM and 2:00 PM–10:00 PM for full-time, with same-day pay available.

The role focuses on compassionate resident care and records maintenance to support daily living activities. Ideal candidates are 18+, with a high school diploma, 1+ year health care experience, dementia training (as needed), and a clean background.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of related health care experience.
• Dementia training completion (required for communities with an Ensemble Program)
• Ability to pass a criminal background screening
• Willingness to comply with our drug-free workplace policy

Responsibilities

• Approach every interaction with residents and associates in a friendly, service-oriented way
• Assist residents with daily living activities — bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, bed linens, positioning, transfers, mobility, medication reminders, and incontinence care
• Maintain accurate records, including resident service plans and documentation of care provided
• Stay familiar with each resident’s service plan to ensure personalized, consistent care
• Communicate closely with the Resident Services team for seamless continuity of care
• Help promote a safe environment for residents, associates, and visitors
• Support the day-to-day programming and operations of the neighborhood

What You'll Do
