Planet Fitness in Aston, PA is hiring a Customer Service Representative to greet members, sign up new members and log amenities. The role involves answering phone inquiries, promoting fitness classes and maintaining a clean club environment.

Starting at $12 per hour with scheduled raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter, this full-time position offers growth opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package within a large Planet Fitness network.

Qualifications

• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job Details: Job Location: L006 Aston - Aston, PA 19014, Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Schedule: Wednesday-Thursday 2pm-10pm Friday 2pm-915pm Saturday-Sunday 12pm-715pm.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
