Job summary

National Fitness Partners in Collegeville, PA is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative to welcome members, answer phones, sign up new members, and log amenities in the system.

The position offers starting pay at $15 per hour with scheduled shifts on weekends and weekday evenings and includes benefits and opportunities to grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency required

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job Details: Job Location: L184 Collegeville - Collegeville, PA 19426, Job Shift: Any, Part- Time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Saturday- Sunday 1pm-7pm

Tuesday and Thursdays 11am-3pm.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
