National Fitness Partners in Elizabethtown, PA is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to greet members, answer questions, and process purchases. The role starts at $11 per hour with scheduled hours of Monday and Wednesday 11am–3pm.

You will enjoy opportunities for growth and occasional shift-differential pay, with annual raises based on anniversary dates. A high school diploma or GED and basic computer skills are required.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to active and new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job Details: Job Location: L126 Elizabethtown - Elizabethtown, PA 17022, Job Shift: Any, Part- Time: Starting at $11 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
