Job Responsibilities:

1. Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats, and take required actions to assist the customers.
2. Anticipate customers' potential needs, and determine appropriate responses.
3. Provide comprehensive and accurate responses by consulting available resource materials and information.
4. Keep reference materials up-to-date.
5. Problem-solve technical issues and escalate issues as appropriate.
6. Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and communicate these to the management team.
