Job description

Customer Service / Remote - Anywhere in U.S.

Compensation: Up to $27 per hour

Position Overview:

As a Customer Support Representative at Brightree, your responsibilities will include:

1. Answering questions regarding the Brightree software application and its extended services in a friendly, effective, and efficient manner.
2. Diagnosing and resolving basic and complex customer questions or problems over the telephone or through electronic communication.
3. Tracking and documenting inbound support requests, ensuring proper notation of customer problems and issues.
4. Staying updated on current technology related to products, design changes, and new offerings.
