Job summary

National Fitness Partners is hiring a Customer Service Representative at our Hadley, MA location. You will greet members, sign up new members and log amenities, while responding to questions with a friendly, professional approach.

As part of a growth‑minded team, you’ll promote fitness classes, process purchases, and help maintain a clean, welcoming club. Starting pay is $15 per hour with periodic increases after milestones.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Basic computer skills including basic software proficiency.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced club environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members and sign up new members, logging amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns professionally
• Process purchases through the POS system
• Promote fitness classes to members and new joiners
• Maintain a clean, sanitized club environment

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

QualificationsJob Requirements:

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
