Job summary

Planet Fitness Milford is hiring a Customer Service Representative to welcome members and guests, answer questions, and maintain a clean, inviting club atmosphere.

You will assist with sign-ups, tours, and logging amenities, process purchases at checkout, and highlight fitness classes to members, ensuring a high-quality Judgement Free experience.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to active and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Job Location: L050 Milford - Milford, DE 19963

Full - Time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Schedule:

• Monday and Tuesday: 8am-3pm


• Wednesday and Thursday: Off


• Friday: 1:15pm-9:15pm


• Saturday and Sunday: 9am-5pm

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

Physical Demands

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling


• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.


• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift


• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift


• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
