Job summary

Planet Fitness in Easton, MD is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, assist with sign-ups and tours, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced gym environment. The role operates Monday through Friday mornings, with modest hourly wage starting at $15 per hour and scheduled increases over time.

The position includes shift-differential pay on select shifts, PTO, a 401K with employer match up to 4%, health/dental/vision coverage, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
