Job summary

Planet Fitness in West Springfield, MA is seeking a Part-time Customer Service Representative to deliver a superior member experience at our club. You will greet members, handle phones, process sign-ups, log amenities and assist guests in a Judgement Free environment.

Responsibilities include answering phones, tours for new members, addressing questions, selling beverages or merchandise at POS, promoting our fitness classes, and keeping the club clean and safe.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience
• High school diploma/GED equivalent preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Part-time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

Responsible for providing a superior level of customer service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members and guests, ensuring an exceptional Judgement Free member experience.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
