Planet Fitness in Limerick, PA is hiring a Customer Service Representative. The role requires friendly phone etiquette, member greetings, tour sign-ups, and assistance with amenities. You will handle transactions at the POS and promote PF classes, contributing to a clean and safe club.

Eligible applicants should have customer service experience, be 18+, and possess basic computer skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote fitness instruction classes to current and new members.
• Provide a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.

Job Location: L045 Limerick - Royersford, PA 19468 Full - Time: Starting at $12 per hour.

Schedule: Sat & Sun, 7am-3pm | Mon & Weds, 3pm-11pm | Fri 1pm-9pm | 40 hours/week

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Physical Demands:

• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Will encounter cleaning chemicals during shift
• Frequent climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift
• Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift
