National Fitness Partners is actively seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced club environment. You will answer phones, greet members, sign up new members, log amenities and assist with product transactions at the POS system.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service is common for this role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are valuable.
• Ability to operate a POS system and handle transactions.

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the POS system.
• Promote our fitness instruction classes to members and new members.
