National Fitness Partners in Mocksville, NC is hiring a Customer Service Representative for full-time opening shift (4:45 am to 1 pm), with starting pay of $12 per hour and planned raises at 180 days, 1 year, and every six months thereafter.

Join a team that values accountability, problem solving, and growth as you greet members, sign up new members, log amenities, answer calls, and promote fitness programs while maintaining a clean, safe club.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in a friendly manner using information script
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment.
