Job summary

Planet Fitness in Baltimore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to greet members, sign up new members, and assist with daily club operations. The position offers a starting wage of $15 per hour with scheduled increases at 180 days, 1 year, and every 6 months thereafter based on anniversary date.

Responsibilities include answering phones, logging amenities, handling POS purchases, promoting PE@PF classes, and maintaining a clean, safe club environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Basic computer proficiency

Responsibilities

• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Process beverage or merchandise purchases through the point of sale system
• Promote our unique fitness instruction classes (PE@PF) to our active members and our new members
• Provide a clean, sanitized and safe club environment

Job Location: L203 Mondawmin - Baltimore, MD 21215, Full - Time: Starting at $15 per hour.

Hourly increases at 180 days, 1 year and every 6 months, after the first year, based on anniversary date.

Shift Schedule

• Monday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Thursday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
• Friday: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM
