Priority Management Group, LLC is seeking qualified nursing staff at Ridgecrest Retirement and Healthcare Community in Waco, TX. The role requires active CNA and Medication Aide certifications to provide direct resident care and medication administration.

Responsibilities include monitoring vitals, documenting administrations, responding to resident needs, and supporting care teams on-site in a compassionate, patient-centered environment.

Qualificações

• Must hold a current, valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Must hold a current Medication Aide certification in good standing.

Responsabilidades

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records details.
• Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or administers per procedure.
• Monitors vital signs and reports unexpected reactions.
• Takes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration.
• Responds to signals and assists residents as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job Duties

• Verifies identity of resident receiving medication and records name of drug, dosage and time of administration on specified forms or records.
• Presents medication to resident and observes ingestion or other application or administers medication using specified procedures.
• Takes vital signs or observes residents to detect response to specified types of medications and prepares report or notifies designated personnel of unexpected reactions.
• Takes and records temperatures, blood pressure, pulse and respiration rates and food and fluid intake and output as directed.
• Answers signal lights, bells or intercom system to determine resident needs.
• Other duties as assigned.
