Qualifications

• Must have a current, valid CNA certification in good standing.
• Must have current Medication Aide certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Verify identity of resident receiving medication and record drug details.
• Present medication to resident and observe ingestion or administration.
• Take vital signs and monitor responses to medications.
• Record temperatures, BP, pulse, respiration, and intake/output as directed.
• Answer signals and respond to resident needs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
