DCI Solutions seeks a Field Support Representative in Honolulu, HI to serve as an FSR Analyst and train users across operations. You will troubleshoot issues, develop new use cases, and embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs. You will collaborate with engineering, staff the Help Desk, and help surface user-driven product feedback.

Experience in intel analysis and training analysts, plus a DoD TS/SCI clearance, are highly valued for this role.

Competenze

• Strong background in intel analysis.
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Proficiency with Gotham, Maven or Foundry platforms.
• Technical background with HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java (preferred).
• Experience training analysts in classroom or field settings.
• Active DoD TS/SCI clearance is a plus.

DCI Job Requirement for: Field Support Representative

Location: Honolulu, HI

Job Description:

• Serve as an FSR Analyst
• Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases
• Solve unique and challenging problems
• Embed with high-impact units to understand their operational and technical needs
• Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise
• Provide desk-side training to analysts
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting
• Staff the Help Desk
• Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues
• Provide feedback to the engineering team about product
• Proactively develop relationships with users at customer site and surface use case gaps
• Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions
• Answer questions from senior leaders

Qualifications:

• Strong background in intel analysis
• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations
• Prior experience with one of the following platforms:
• Gotham, Maven or Foundry
• Technical background with working knowledge of the following (highly preferred):
• HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java
• Experience training analyst in a classroom and/or or field setting
• Military/Special Operations experience is a plus Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance
