Job summary

DCI Solutions is seeking an FSR Analyst to work side-by-side with analysts, training and mentoring users while troubleshooting complex issues. You will help develop new use cases, facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise, and staff the Help Desk to respond to user requests.

Responsibilities include classroom and desk-side training for analysts/operators, while coordinating with engineering to resolve problems. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Prior experience with one of the platforms Gotham, AIDP, Gaia, Maven or Foundry.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Serve as an FSR Analyst Work side-by-side with analysts to train and mentor users Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases Solve unique and challenging problems Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise Provide desk-side training to analysts Train analysts/operators in a classroom and operational setting Staff the Help Desk Respond to user requests and work with the engineering team to troubleshoot issues

Provide feedback to the engineering team about product Attend and provide assistance during briefings with senior leaders Build initial dashboard products and assist users with building questions Answer questions from senior leaders

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations Prior experience with one of the following platforms:

• Gotham, AIDP, Gaia, Maven or Foundry

Technical background with working knowledge of:

• HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration

Experience training analyst in a classroom setting Strong knowledge of Excel Experience working within DOD, including joint capacities and with high-ranking military officials Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
