Job summary

DCI Solutions is seeking an FSR Analyst to work side-by-side with analysts, training and mentoring users while troubleshooting complex issues. You will help develop new use cases, facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise, and staff the Help Desk to respond to user requests.

Responsibilities include classroom and desk-side training for analysts/operators, while coordinating with engineering to resolve problems. A TS/SCI clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Prior experience with one of the platforms Gotham, AIDP, Gaia, Maven or Foundry.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an FSR Analyst working with analysts to train and mentor users.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and develop new use cases.
• Help facilitate collaboration across a global enterprise.
• Provide desk-side training to analysts and training in classroom/operational settings.
• Staff the Help Desk and respond to user requests; liaise with engineering to troubleshoot.
