Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection, auditing, data collection, or testing.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a laboratory setting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to follow schedules, SOPs, and both verbal and written instructions.
• English proficiency in reading and speaking.
• Prior experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Strong math skills, including percentages, averages, and standard deviation.
• Ability to respond promptly to internal and external information requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform real-time quality control checks on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments.
• Verify production records and inline quality checks; document inspection results.
• Identify and segregate nonconformances and notify FSQA leadership.
• Calibrate and maintain laboratory equipment; ensure GMP compliance.
• Enter test results into the quality database and complete required documentation.
• Visually inspect containers/cases for defects and integrity.
• Collaborate with team members to support FSQA goals.
