Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a detail-oriented FSQA Lab Tech I to support lab operations and product testing. The role focuses on compliance, quality inspection, sample collection, and thorough documentation.

Responsibilities include maintaining lab housekeeping, handling shipping for the Micro Lab, and performing finished goods testing. Strong communication and SOP adherence are essential, with 0-2 years in quality roles preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of quality inspection, auditing, data collection, and testing experience.
• 6 months lab experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and related databases.
• Ability to understand department documents and follow SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Science or quality tech degree preferred.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain lab housekeeping and waste management.
• Manage shipping/receiving for Micro Lab.
• Complete sample pickup and courier tasks as needed.
• Perform Finished Goods analytical testing of PET products and pre-retort cans.
