Job summary

Westrock Coffee Company is seeking a detail-oriented FSQA Lab Tech I to support lab operations, sample collection, and product testing in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will maintain lab housekeeping, manage shipping and receiving for the Micro Lab, perform finished goods testing on PET products and pre-retort cans, and document results.

A high school diploma or GED is required; 1–2 years in quality inspection or a lab setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have quality inspection and data collection experience.
• 1–2 years in a quality or lab setting.
• Experience with MS Office and related databases.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a team and follow SOPs.
• Read and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lab housekeeping and sanitation.
• Manage shipping/receiving for the Micro Lab.
• Perform finished goods testing on PET and pre-retort cans.
• Collect samples and document results.
• Follow SOPs and respond to internal/external requests.
