Trident Seafoods, a leading Alaska seafood company, is seeking an FSQA Lead to oversee quality assurance on the production line. The role involves supervising FSQA staff, reviewing checks, and ensuring HACCP compliance across processes.

You will document test data, monitor sanitation, and communicate safety concerns to management. Alaska-based; not eligible for immigration sponsorship.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED or 3–6 months related experience or equivalent combination.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance codes and standards (government and industry).
• Experience supervising or leading others is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee FSQA staff on the production line.
• Assist technicians with reports and required paperwork.
• Monitor performance and provide assessments to FSQA supervisor.
• Document data from QA activities per HACCP and company procedures.
• Record test data (weights, temperatures, moisture, quality) and apply acceptance criteria.
• Audit facility and review employee sanitation and safety practices.
• Communicate issues and propose process improvements to management.
