Job summary

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of QA codes and standards in company, government and industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FSQA staff on the production line.
• Assist FSQA technicians with operational reports and paperwork.
• Monitor performance and provide assessments to FSQA supervisor.
• Document data from QA activities and HACCP compliance.
• Prepare reports communicating QA results to production.
