Job summary

Trident Seafoods Corporation in Alaska is seeking an FSQA Lead to supervise the QA team on the production line and ensure the quality of processes, materials, and products. You will perform standardized tests, review supplier quality, and document findings within HACCP guidelines.

Your role includes communicating issues to management, maintaining QA records, and promoting continuous improvement across production and quality assurance activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High school diploma or GED; or 3–6 months related experience. Preferred: industry QA experience.
• Working knowledge of quality assurance codes and standards.
• Supervision or leadership experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee FSQA staff on the production line.
• Assist with operational reports and required paperwork.
• Monitor FSQA performance and provide assessments to FSQA supervisor.
• Document and report test data and QA results.
• Audit facility for sanitation and compliance with HACCP standards.
