Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee FSQA staff on the production line.
• Review reports and complete required paperwork.
• Monitor checks and ensure timely QA activity.
• Conduct product tests for color, weight, texture and compliance.
• Document data and communicate findings to management.
• Maintain HACCP knowledge and company procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
