General Mills offers a 10-week Internship in Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) at a US manufacturing site. You will lead projects to build expertise in food safety, quality, manufacturing, and people leadership.

The internship provides hands-on, factory-based experiences with potential entry into the full-time QA program after graduation. Ideal candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's in Food Science or Engineering and expect to graduate Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering (primarily Chemical / Food Process / Biological), or related degree
• Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028

Responsibilities

• Assist in evaluating and implementing food safety and quality improvements
• Analyze data to drive process capability improvements
