General Mills, Inc. invites students to join a 10-week Food Safety & Quality (FSQ) internship at one of our US manufacturing locations. As a QA Intern you will work on critical projects to develop expertise in food safety, quality systems, and process improvements.

You will collect and analyze data, assess risks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hands-on manufacturing environment, with opportunities to join our full-time QA program post-graduation.

Qualifikationen

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering or related field.
• Graduating Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety and quality strategy and address gaps to mitigate risk.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Engineering to validate controls and meet requirements.
• Manage non-conforming product with risk assessment and root-cause analysis.
• Protect General Mills brands by ensuring safe, quality food production.
• Build external relationships with regulatory, industry and audit agencies.
• Learn from and lead Operators, Technicians and Mechanics on floor.
