Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and quality strategy and address gaps to mitigate risk
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Engineering and Maintenance to validate controls
• Manage non-conforming product issues with risk assessment and root-cause analysis
• Protect General Mills' brands by ensuring safe, high-quality food
• Engage with regulatory, industry and audit agencies to support global manufacturing
• Learn from and coach Operators, Technicians and Mechanics on process and people development
