General Mills is offering a 10-week Food Safety & Quality Associate internship at a US manufacturing site. You’ll lead projects in food safety, quality systems, data analysis, and risk assessment with the aim of entering the full-time QA program after graduation.

Qualified students study Food Science or Engineering and expect to graduate Winter 2027 or Spring 2028; relocation housing benefits apply, and the internship runs Summer 2027 at various locations nationwide.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering (Chemical / Food Process / Biological), or related degree.
• Graduating in Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
