• Contact individuals referred to FSET and provide clear, welcoming information about services.
• Schedule orientation and enrollment appointments within the appropriate office or region.
• Maintain scheduling calendars, participant records, attendance information, and required data in State and internal systems.
• Support timely participant engagement and program compliance through accurate follow-up, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide clerical, data-entry, scanning, document-preparation, and general office support to program staff.
