Job summary

Forward Service Corporation (FSC) is seeking a Regular Full-Time Professional in Wautoma, WI. You will assess individuals’ needs, provide employment counseling, and coordinate services to help clients achieve self-sufficiency and growth.

The role emphasizes strength-based counseling, collaboration with partners, and leading job readiness activities. Travel to the Green Lake office is required at least weekly; FSC offers a supportive, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
• Be a self-starter / sole FSC representative for the Wautoma location.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Providing strength-based counseling to motivate and empower clients
• Coordinating services like job training, volunteer placements, and education
• Leading job readiness workshops and employment search sessions
• Promotes and connects FSET program services to external agencies & community partners
• Required travel to the Green Lake office at least once per week.
