Job summary

Forward Service Corporation (FSC) is seeking a FSET and W-2 Case Manager in Fond du Lac, WI. You will assess client needs, provide employment counseling, and connect individuals with training, job placements, and education services.

This full-time role requires travel to the Green Lake office at least once per week and involves coordinating with community partners to expand program reach. The ideal candidate has strong communication and a commitment to helping others succeed.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
• Be a self-starter/motivated—sole FSC representative for the Wautoma location.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine commitment to helping others succeed.

Preferred Qualifications:
