Job summary

Forward Service Corporation (FSC) in Wisconsin is seeking an employment counselor to help clients achieve self-sufficiency through strength-based counseling and referrals to employment services.

You will coordinate job training, volunteer placements, and education, lead job readiness workshops, and connect FSC services with community partners. Travel to the Green Lake office is required at least once per week.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in a related field.
• Be a self-starter/motivated—being the sole representative of FSC for the Wautoma location.

In this role, you will assess individuals needs, providing employment counseling and referrals to support clients in achieving self-sufficiency. Your work will directly contribute to the personal and professional growth of the individuals we serve.
