What You'll Do

As an FSET Case Manager, you'll serve as a coach, advocate, and resource connector for individuals seeking employment and self-sufficiency. You'll build meaningful relationships with participants while helping them navigate challenges and achieve personal and professional goals.

In this role, you will:

• Provide strengths-based coaching and support that empowers individuals to succeed
• Assess participant needs and develop personalized employment plans
• Connect clients with job training, education, volunteer opportunities, and community resources
• Facilitate engaging job readiness workshops and employment search activities
• Monitor progress, celebrate milestones, and help participants stay motivated along the way

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Two or more years of experience in case management, workforce development, social services, employment services, or a related field
