The role emphasizes following Golden Corral recipes and procedures, maintaining hot foods at proper temperatures, and supporting display cooking and carving stations.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products and carving items according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills items to meet quality standards and maintains freshness.
• Restocks at the Display Cooking Station when needed and assists guests with carved options.
• Maintains cleanliness and proper temperatures during cooking, holding and serving.
• Follows FIFO for inventory and adheres to health department regulations.
• Performs opening/closing procedures and ensures equipment is maintained.
