Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills items according to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Ensures that every fried product is always fresh and hot.
• Uses the buffet production guides to maintain inventory and shelf life.
• Maintains correct temperatures during cooking, holding and serving.
• Restocks and rotates food using FIFO.
• Keeps buffet area and small wares clean and checks dishes for cleanliness.
