Responsibilities include preparing buffet items, grilling to standard, restocking, assisting guests with carved options, maintaining temperatures, and following FIFO and CSQ guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as cook in buffet/restaurant environment.
• Ability to follow recipes and portion control.
• Good knife skills and food preparation techniques.

Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills items to Golden Corral standards for quality.
• Ensures fried products are fresh and hot.
• Restocks items at display station when needed.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when necessary.
• Maintains inventory using FIFO and follows CSQ guidelines.
