Responsibilities

• Prepares Hot Choice Buffet products according to Golden Corral recipes and procedures.
• Grills items to Golden Corral standards to ensure quality.
• Keeps fried products fresh and hot.
• Restocks items at the Display Cooking Station when needed.
• Assists guests with carved meat options when Carver is unavailable.
• Follows buffet production system for quality and shelf life.
