• Flexible schedule and reliable teamwork

Responsibilities

• Prepare Hot Choice Buffet items (Carving and Display Cooking) per Golden Corral recipes
• Grill items according to standards to ensure quality
• Keep fried items fresh and hot; restock when needed
• Assist guests with carved meat options when necessary
• Maintain FIFO inventory and monitor product shelf life
• Conduct opening/closing administrative and sanitation duties
• Keep buffet area clean and orderly; ensure dishes meet cleanliness standards
