Job summary

ShopRite of Wyckoff in Wyckoff, NJ is seeking a Frozen Manager to direct the Frozen Department and supervise its Associates, driving department goals including sales, profit, customer experience, and Associate engagement under the General Store Manager.

You will lead safety, presentation, and efficiency initiatives, train new department staff, and ensure accurate stocking, pricing, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for duration of shift.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures.
• Ability to work with products and cleaning agents.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions and activities of the Frozen Department.
• Lead Associates to achieve department goals.
• Ensure safety, customer experience, and department presentation and efficiency.
• Provide training and onboarding of new department associates.
• Maintain stock, pricing, and display standards.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory requirements.
