Job summary

ShopRite of Ramsey is seeking a Frozen Manager to effectively direct and supervise all functions of the Frozen Department and its Associates to achieve the Department’s goals in sales, profit, Customer Experience, and Associate Engagement under the direction of the General Store Manager.

Minimum qualifications include the ability to read, write, speak English, perform basic math, stand or walk for shifts, lift up to 60 lbs, and work with various products and temperatures.

• Ability to perform basic computer functions
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally
• Ability to work with variety of products and temperatures
• Ability to climb a ladder to retrieve items

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Frozen Department and its Associates to achieve department goals
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and organization per ShopRite standards
• Train and onboard new department associates; provide feedback and coaching
• Lead associates to deliver friendly and efficient customer service
