Job summary

Holiday Market is seeking a Frozen/Dairy Manager to oversee daily operations in the frozen and dairy departments. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and ensure product quality and presentation meet high standards.

You will supervise staff, organize stock, handle deliveries, and maintain department profitability while delivering excellent customer service and understanding shopper needs. Weekend and holiday coverage is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train a team of department staff and ensure best practices for customer service and safety.
• Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring proper rotation and placement.
• Organize and maintain inventory in stockroom and on the sales floor.
• Assist in receiving and unloading deliveries.
• Monitor product expiration dates and remove expired items.
• Document and report any damage to goods and products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all store areas.
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily tasks and goals.
