Job summary

Coborn's Incorporated is hiring a Frozen/Dairy Department Manager to lead a team, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest service in our store. This role focuses on merchandising, inventory control, and maintaining product quality and freshness to support store profitability.

You will order products, manage inventory, and assist teammates with duties from product prep to cleanup, while fostering a positive, guest-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to train, coach, and develop staff to meet department and store goals.
• Provide remarkable customer service to guests in-store or by phone for special orders.
• Create merchandising displays to boost product sales and gross profit.
• Evaluate product quality and freshness for peak guest satisfaction.
• Order products and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Assist team with duties including product prep, cleanliness, stocking, cooler/freezer organization, cardboard disposal.
