Job summary

Cub Minnehaha in Minneapolis is seeking a Dairy Frozen Manager to lead the dairy frozen department, plan, execute and evaluate operations to maximize sales and profits while ensuring a positive team environment and exceptional customer service.

You will coach staff, manage receiving, pricing, inventory, and shrink control, and develop daily/weekly work plans. Open availability including evenings and weekends; benefit offerings provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership or department management experience.
• Strong supervisory and coaching abilities.
• Good judgment and ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop dairy frozen associates to ensure labor efficiency and meet department objectives.
• Manage Dairy and Frozen receiving, invoicing, pricing, shrink control and inventory to meet gross profit goals.
• Develop daily/weekly work plans based on sales projections, labor targets and past performance.
• Conduct probationary and regular performance reviews with store leadership.
• Assist customers and ensure courteous service from all associates.
• Perform Manager on Duty duties supervising the store as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
