Longo is seeking a Dairy/Frozen Assistant Department Manager for a full-time role. You will assist the Dairy/Frozen Manager to ensure smooth daily operations and lead a fast-paced team in a retail environment.

The position offers growth opportunities and a chance to showcase leadership in a dynamic store setting. Must be prepared to work flexible days, including evenings and weekends.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a dairy/frozen department.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate and mentor Team Members.
• Provide support with regular team meetings.
• Coach and train Team Members to maintain the highest level of productivity.
• Handle Team Member and customer issues.
• Uphold company policies and procedures including health & safety, food safety and loss prevention.
• Merchandise, manage inventory and schedule to meet financial objectives.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all Team Members, Customers and Vendors.
