Job summary

Jetro Restaurant Depot seeks a Freezer Manager to oversee frozen and dairy inventory, ensuring product quality, proper storage, and accurate stock control within a high-volume retail warehouse.

You will lead daily freezer operations, enforce food-safety standards, train staff, and support receiving, merchandising, and inventory integrity across temperature-controlled areas.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, warehouse, or inventory operations.
• Basic understanding of inventory control and product handling.

Responsibilities

• Support daily freezer operations to ensure product availability and organization.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper storage, rotation, and replenishment.
• Ensure all products are stored and handled in accordance with company and food safety standards.
• Monitor product condition and remove any unsellable or damaged items.
• Support and guide staff in maintaining proper freezer organization and procedures.
• Assist with merchandising and product placement within freezer areas.
• Support receiving processes by verifying incoming frozen and dairy product for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance within freezer and dairy storage areas.
