Job summary

Community Health Centers of South Central Texas (CHCSCT, Inc.) seeks an energetic Frontline Training and Development Coordinator to empower frontline teams to learn and succeed. You’ll train CSRs, conduct audits, and translate findings into practical coaching, while collaborating with leadership to improve workflows across sites.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare front office experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel. EHR familiarity (eClinicalWorks a plus) is preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on training and development experience in a healthcare setting.
• Ability to audit workflows and identify training opportunities.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly between CHCSCT locations.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach new and existing frontline staff.
• Conduct chart, registration, eligibility, and workflow audits to identify trends and training opportunities.
• Turn audit findings into practical training and coaching.
• Partner with Lead CSRs and frontline teams to strengthen workflows across locations.
• Support rollout of new policies, programs, systems, and workflows.
• Keep training materials and procedures current and easy to use.
