Community Health Centers of South Central Texas (CHCSCT, Inc.) seeks an energetic Frontline Training and Development Coordinator to empower frontline teams to learn and succeed. You’ll train CSRs, conduct audits, and translate findings into practical coaching, while collaborating with leadership to improve workflows across sites.
Ideal candidates bring healthcare front office experience, strong communication, and a willingness to travel. EHR familiarity (eClinicalWorks a plus) is preferred.

Community Health Centers of South Central Texas (CHCSCT, Inc.) is looking for an energetic and knowledgeable Frontline Training and Development Coordinator to help our frontline teams grow, learn, and succeed.
This is not a supervisory role. Instead, you’ll be a hands-on training and development resource for our Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), working alongside Lead CSRs, clinic leadership, Eligibility, Quality Improvement, and other teams.
Your role will center around three things:
Technical~Innovative~Effective.
Become a go-to resource for frontline workflows, including patient registration, scheduling, insurance verification, eligibility screening, Sliding Fee Discount Program requirements, documentation, charge entry, and customer service. You’ll help ensure staff understand organizational policies, applicable Federal and State programs, and relevant HRSA requirements.
Look for better ways to do the work. Through audits, staff feedback, and workflow observations, you’ll identify trends and opportunities to make frontline processes more accurate, efficient, consistent, and patient-friendly.
Bring training to life through hands-on learning, coaching, demonstrations, and real-world practice. You’ll support new-hire onboarding, ongoing education, refresher training, and competency assessments—helping staff not only learn a process but feel confident putting it into practice.
