Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Attend 5–7 day initial teller training; travel may be required; company covers travel expenses.
• Reliable transportation.
• Prior customer service and/or banking experience preferred.
• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Serve as welcoming first point of contact for customers entering the branch.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing with identity verification and funds availability.
• Educate customers on digital banking tools and self-service options.
• Refer more complex needs to branch specialists.
• Support lobby management and answer calls professionally.
